At Duxford Institute Sports and Wellness (DISw), we are dedicated to addressing student concerns promptly and fairly. To ensure that all grievances are managed efficiently, we encourage students to submit their concerns via email to the Grievance Redressal Committee.

How to Submit Your Grievance:

  1. Draft Your Grievance: Clearly describe the issue you are experiencing, including relevant details such as dates, locations, and individuals involved, if applicable.
  2. Attach Supporting Documents: If available, attach any documents or evidence (e.g., medical certificates, attendance records, etc.) that support your grievance.
  3. Send Your Grievance via Email to: director@disw.in

Types of Grievances You Can Submit:

  • Academic Concerns: Issues related to coursework, grading, attendance, etc.
  • Administrative Matters: Concerns regarding campus facilities, resources, or services.
  • Harassment or Discrimination: Report any incidents of bullying, harassment, or unfair treatment.
  • Financial Concerns: Issues regarding fees, scholarships, or financial aid.
  • Other Concerns: Any additional issues impacting your experience at DISw.

Confidentiality and Fair Handling All grievances will be treated with strict confidentiality. Only the individuals responsible for reviewing and addressing the concern will have access to your submission. DISw is committed to a fair, transparent, and respectful grievance resolution process.
